When the Moon is in Scorpio
The Moon spends about two and a half days in Scorpio each month. The mood people tend to notice: intense and private. Whatever you've been avoiding is easier to look at, and harder to ignore. Where is the Moon today?
Western Scorpio and Vedic Vrishchika
Western astrology measures signs from the seasons (the tropical zodiac); Vedic astrology measures them from the stars (the sidereal zodiac). The two are about 24° apart now, which is why the Sun is in Scorpio from 23 Oct – 21 Nov but in Vrishchika from about 16 Nov – 15 Dec. Your Moon sign can differ between the two systems for the same reason. Find yours in both.
