What is rashi by name?
In Vedic tradition a child's name is chosen to start with the syllable of the nakshatra pada the Moon was in at birth. Reading it backwards, the first syllable of a name points to a nakshatra and its rashi. This is the naam rashi, used when the birth time isn't known.
Is it the same as my Moon sign?
Only if you were named by the rule. Many people weren't, so the naam rashi can differ from the janma rashi worked out from the birth Moon. If you know your birth date, the Moon sign calculator gives the real one.
Why does my name match two nakshatras?
Roman spelling drops vowel length: Ti and Tee, Da and Dha are different syllables in Devanagari but often written the same. When that happens both are shown.
